Our Services
Laboratory consulting, design, construction and renovation
We take a laboratory from an idea and a floor plate to a commissioned, working room — and we are equally happy to be brought in for one stage of that journey.
Lab Consulting
Feasibility, capacity and budget modelling, equipment strategy, workflow review and compliance assessment — before a single line is drawn, so the design starts from the right assumptions.

Lab Design
Space planning, containment and airflow strategy, service routing, 3D layouts, furniture design and stamped shop drawings coordinated with your architect and mechanical engineer.
Learn more →
Lab Building
Construction of the laboratory itself — partitions, finishes, ventilation and utilities — followed by casework, hoods and the commissioning that makes the room operational.

Lab Renovation
Hood replacements, capacity increases, compliance upgrades and full refits, carried out in phases inside a building that has to keep running while we work.

How we run a project
Four stages, one project manager, one contract.
You get a single point of contact who holds the drawings, the fabrication schedule, the installation crew and the change log. Nothing is handed between companies mid-project.
STAGE 01
Understand
We walk the space, read your processes and chemistry, and agree the constraints — budget, schedule, compliance, and what has to keep operating while we work.
STAGE 02
Design
Layouts, containment strategy, service schedules and equipment lists, issued as shop drawings you approve before anything is ordered or cut.
STAGE 03
Deliver
Construction, fabrication and installation under our own project manager, coordinated with your mechanical, electrical and IT trades on site.
STAGE 04
Commission
Face-velocity traverse, alarm verification, containment testing, documentation, spare parts and operator training — then the signed handover package.

Send us the drawings. We'll send back a layout and a number.
Attach a floor plan, an equipment list, a mechanical drawing — or even a phone photo of the room as it stands today. Within five business days you'll have a marked-up layout and a budget price. No charge, no obligation.
