Scientora Systems Inc. designs, builds, equips and supports high-performance laboratories across Canada — and our background is in the analysis, not in the furniture.

Scientora Systems is a Toronto-based laboratory solutions company. We work with research institutes, pharmaceutical and cannabis manufacturers, food and environmental testing houses, colleges and universities, and industrial quality-control departments — from a two-hood upgrade in a working QC lab to a complete new analytical suite.
We are deliberately built differently from a large casework factory. Engineering, project management, quality control and installation are in-house; fabrication is carried out by established Canadian metal and millwork shops working to Scientora drawings under Scientora inspection. That structure keeps our overhead low and our schedules short — and it means the person who drew your bench is the person who answers the phone when something has to change on site.
Before Scientora, our team planned and ran analytical programs on GC and HPLC systems. We know what it costs a QC department when a balance table transmits vibration, when a hood fails a containment test two days before an audit, or when a solvent cabinet is specified without the ventilation it needs. That experience is why our drawings ask questions other suppliers don't — and why we can still develop the method that runs on the bench after we have built it.

Warranty
What we stand behind.
Scientora-manufactured casework and fume hood bodies carry a ten-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal laboratory use. Moving components — hinges, drawer slides, sash mechanisms and airflow monitors — and factory-applied finishes carry a one-year warranty. Worktops carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through in full.
Products supplied by Scientora but manufactured by others carry that manufacturer's warranty; we administer the claim on your behalf so you deal with one company, not two.
The warranty covers parts and labour and begins on the date of substantial completion. It does not cover damage from chemical exposure outside the specified resistance range of the material, from modification by others, or from mechanical damage after handover.
